After the Westminster chimes we hear from three of our youth and one of the young women from Pasadena Presbyterian Church who attended Presbyterian Youth Triennium 2019.  The first speaker is Bowie Bossendorfer, followed by Rain Bossendorfer, Areli Fernandez (from PPC) and, lastly, Riley Paddock.  They joined with 5000 other Presbyterian Youth at Purdue in July and had an amazing week.  (In the picture, from left: Riley Paddock, Bowie Bossendorfer, Rain Bossendorfer, and Areli Fernandez)

Triennium

Candace Marie leads the congregation in the Prayer for Illumination and then reads the scripture lesson: 1 Samuel 18:4-16.

The choir sings Psalm 118 an original composition by Dr. Imre Szilas.

Rev. Dr. Twining F. Campbell offers the sermon based on the challenges David faced from Saul.

The service closes with the Charge and Benediction followed by the Postlude: Passacaglia in C minor by J.S. Bach and played by Imre Szilas on the Westminster pipe organ.
