Following the Westminster Chimes the congregation joins in singing Jesus, Name Above All Names. accompanied by the choir and the Westminster Trio (Imre Szilas – piano, Bowie Bossendorfer – drums, and Twining Campbell – bass guitar)

Helen Darsie speaks about her experiences meeting women at the Adelanto Detention facility.  Helen is offering all of us the opportunity to go with her and to help make the lives of detainees as they await permission to enter the country.

Susan Sulak leads the congregation in the Prayer for Illumination and reads the lesson: 1 Samuel 24:1-22.

Following prayers Rev. Dr.Martha Campbell offers the sermon based on how David spared Saul’s life when had the opportunity to end Saul’s persecution.

The choir sings The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power accompanied by the Westminster Trio.

The congregation joins in saying the prayer after communion followed by Rev. Dr. Martha Campbell offering the Charge and Benediction.

The service concludes with Dr. Imre Szilas playing Tu Est Petrus by Franz Liszt.
