WHO WE ARE
Westminster Presbyterian Church, nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, is home to a vibrant community of believers – centered in Jesus Christ, constantly learning and committed to sharing the faith in word and deed.
In hope for the world, and love of neighbor, we make a difference in our community and around the world.
Our sanctuary is a gift from our ancestors who lived and served here with heart and soul, mind and body. Their vision of a strong and vital congregation, serving the LORD, singing God’s praises, and welcoming all who cross our threshold is our goal and purpose, too. By the grace of God, we add our voices to the chorus of hope that has long filled this place with joy and goodness of a devoted people.
We invite people to be themselves, just as God made them, and just as God is making and renewing all of us, day-by-day. Our soaring Gothic cathedral draws our eyes and spirit to the heavens, and our worship and our ministries direct our hands to the world.
We welcome everyone to worship at 10:00AM. Our doors are wide open to all, whatever the need or circumstance may be, whatever the experience, whatever the hopes and dreams. Here, at Westminster, everyone finds a safe and welcoming home in the love of God.
As members of Westminster and people of the Christian faith, we all share the desire to further our relationship with God. Westminster emphasizes the importance of prayer in developing that relationship. The Prayer and Worship Center offers people a unique space dedicated to prayer and quiet worship and reflection, where you will have the opportunity to know God more deeply. The intimate setting of the Prayer and Worship Center within the walls of our sanctuary reminds us that we need both congregational and individual time with God – to experience a satisfying relationship with God.
