Rev. Katherine Lee Baker is an ordained minister in the Reformed Church in America and the newly called senior pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, California. She attended Princeton Theological Seminary with continued coursework at Jewish Theological Seminary, New Brunswick Theological Seminary, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Loyola University Medical Center. Having served in various parish, clinical, campus, corporate, and non-profit ministry settings (on the East Coast and in the Midwest), she is passionate about community engagement, intersectionality, and all things cultivating emotional agility and spiritual resiliency. In addition to organizational consulting, she has served as a trustee for the Foundation at Mary Free Bed, a steering member for the Community Master Plan for the City of Grand Rapids, and the president of Grand Rapids Sister Cities International.
