Oct. 29, 2017 Adventures in Prayer-2 A Friend in High Places

We celebrated the 500th anniversary of the Reformation as we continued our sermon series – Adventures in Prayer by looking at Martin Luther in the sermon.

As the service begins there is an excerpt from “10,000 Reasons” by J. Myrin and M. Redman, that was part of the Hymn Medley, featuring Dr Imre Szilas on piano and Bowie Bossendorfer on drums.

Candace Bossendorfer led us in prayer and read Hebrews 4:14-16. Then Rev. Dr. Martha Campbell preached the sermon, A Friend in High Places, examining each of those three then closed prayer.

The service concludes with Dr. Imre Szilas playing “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God” by Johann Pachelbel”.
